We have been replying to numerous questions why our product has not been replenished up to now and one question definitely requires some details to get things understood.
The “tariff” matter caused a lot of problem in so many ways; it affected even small business like us. Rare earth things like magnets which our product uses were one of those prominently mentioned when this “tariff” thing came about. It used to be that we are able to easily acquire it like buying candy on a store but not anymore. Our product is manufactured in China and the red tape in acquiring these “rare earth” now a days is really tiring. Bottom line is that it needs to be proven that it will be used for peaceful means… And this requirement by Chinese authorities involved the seller, the company which will manufacture our product and documents from us; that we are truly in this business among other things.
These tedious work of meeting the requirements went on for months until we thought of modifying our product to get rid of magnets! We finished a modification which we think will work and we just completed modifying its Auto CAD drawing and STEP file required in the creation of its mould. We are now awaiting feed backs from several companies offered to work with us in the manufacture of our product.
